Terms of Service

Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by SteelWorks Intelligence LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Acworth, Georgia. "We" and "us" mean that company. By using the site you accept these terms.
What we sell
Two kinds of thing:
- Digital products — prompt packs, templates, printables and similar files, delivered as downloads.
- Services — such as the AI Search Readiness Audit, delivered as a report and any agreed follow-up.
All purchases are made and fulfilled through Gumroad. Gumroad's terms and refund process apply to the transaction, alongside these.
Delivery and refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately on purchase through Gumroad. Services are delivered within the timeframe stated on the offer page.
If a service is not delivered as described, contact us and we will make it right or refund it. Refund requests for Gumroad purchases go through Gumroad, or reach us directly and we will handle it.
What the audit is, and is not
The AI Search Readiness Audit reports what we measured about a site at a point in time, with the method stated in the report. It is an engineering assessment. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, revenue or placement in any AI assistant or search engine — no one can honestly promise those, and we do not.
Your content and your licence
If you give us a URL, business details or materials so we can do the work, you confirm you are entitled to share them, and you give us permission to use them for that purpose only.
What we produce for you is yours to use in your business once paid for. Our own tools, templates and methods remain ours.
Fair use of this site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its endpoints, and do not use our forms to send unlawful or abusive content. We may block access that does.
Free material
Guides, blog posts and free downloads are provided as-is for information. Acting on them is your decision.
Limits
We do our work carefully, but the site and everything on it is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires and we cannot exclude. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes are not retroactive for a purchase already made.
