What happens after the assessment.

An assessment tells you where the operation actually breaks. An engagement fixes it: a governed slice of a structural system on your hardware, the security review of what you already run, and care for the operations that keep growing. Fixed scope, priced before work starts, and handed over with the documentation to run it without us.

The ladder

Four steps. Each one priced before it starts.

Step 1 is always an assessment — the two we offer are compared on the assessments page. Nothing below begins until one has run, because scoping a system before you know what breaks is how transformation programmes die.

1. AI Operations Build

A governed slice of a structural system, on hardware you own. Three to five operations with the org chart drawn first: which unit owns each one, what it decides without asking, where an approval gate sits, and what an agent may never touch. Reporting to your phone. Documentation and the chart handed over so your team can run it without us.

2. AI Governance Review

For an operation already running agents, copilots or automations. We score who can do what, where approvals sit, how secrets and inbound content can be abused, and what is logged — against the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, with every finding owned and dated. The same instrument we run on ourselves every week and publish.

3. Operations Care

The system keeps running and keeps reporting: monitoring, failure triage, model re-scoring as new models ship, control re-measurement, and the quarterly chart review that catches an operation whose owner has quietly drifted. Cancel any month.

4. Intelligence Partner

For operations that keep growing. New units and operations designed and staffed as the business changes, a standing governance review, and the vertical work — corpus, evaluation set, regulatory envelope — that turns a general system into one that belongs to your industry. Scoped per engagement.

Why the prices are lower

Same outcomes, without the agency overhead.

Our own company is run by the system we sell: hundreds of scheduled operations a day under one owner. What you pay for is the work that genuinely needs a person — the access, the judgement, the design of the chart, and the accountability for every claim we make about your operation. You are not funding a delivery pyramid.

What we won't do

Invent reviews. Fake numbers. Post what we can't prove.

Every public piece passes a gate before it leaves: no fabricated ratings, no unverifiable claims, no competitor citations we did not see an engine give. If a leg of an audit could not be assessed, the report says so and why. A retainer you can cancel any month is the only kind we sell.
