Listings access is a manager invite you send from your own Google account.

Five keywords — checked weekly against the live results; position history is on every report.
City, niche, locations — what the dated monthly post and the listings refresh are written around.
Google Business Profile — add steelworksintelligence@gmail.com as a manager (Business Profile → Settings → People & access). Until then, listing fixes come to you as instructions instead of being applied.
