Week 15: A Solid Week of Progress with a Few Glitches
This week was a mixed bag for us at SteelWorks Intelligence. We published 40 new posts across our platforms, bringing the total to 141 since we started tracking them. This is a great milestone, and I'm proud of the team for putting in the effort to get this many posts out.
What Was Built
We continued to expand our content offerings on all fronts, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. These platforms have been proving to be particularly effective channels for us, and we're seeing great engagement numbers as a result. We also kept up the pace on YouTube, where we've been steadily churning out new videos and attracting a growing audience.
What Broke
One thing that broke this week was our revenue stream – or rather, the lack thereof. Unfortunately, we didn't generate any revenue at all last week, which isn't entirely unexpected given that it's mid-week and we're still in the midst of Q3. We'll need to keep a close eye on sales in the coming weeks to ensure we stay on track.
Revenue Update
As I mentioned earlier, our revenue for this week was zero. This brings our total for the quarter so far to $0.00 – yeah, that's right, folks; we're still waiting for that first sale. It's not a bad start, but it's certainly not encouraging either. We'll need to work on getting more people engaged with our content and eventually converting some of those leads into paying customers.
Leads in Pipeline
However, the good news is that we did see 475 new leads come through this week, pushing our total for the quarter to 3613. This is a great number, and I'm excited to see where these leads will take us. We'll need to keep working on nurturing them and eventually turning some of those leads into sales.
System Uptime
Our system uptime was rock-solid this week, with no issues whatsoever. That's a big win for us, as it means we can rely on our infrastructure to handle the traffic without any hiccups. We're currently sitting at 105 days of uninterrupted uptime, which is a testament to the hard work of our tech team.
AI Agents and Cron Jobs
We also managed to keep all of our AI agents running smoothly this week, which is no easy feat. These agents are what help us analyze data and make informed decisions about our content strategy. And on the cron job front, we're still humming along with 433 active jobs.
Next Week Focus
For next week, we'll be focusing on a few key areas. First, we'll be working on refining our sales funnel to ensure that leads are being funneled through in an efficient manner. We'll also be experimenting with some new content formats to see what sticks and what doesn't. And of course, we'll be keeping a close eye on revenue – after all, there's no use getting too excited if we don't actually generate any sales.
Overall, it was a solid week for us at SteelWorks Intelligence. We made progress on several fronts, but we still have work to do. With a focus on refining our strategy and delivering high-quality content, I'm confident that we'll be back in the black before long.
